Author: London OBrien
Subject: An Introduction
Posted: Mon 12 Oct, 2009 05:24 (GMT -9)

My name is London O'Brien and I am a pagan/witchcraft practitioner. My health has been keeping me quiet lately, not unlike the many pagan groups here in Alaska. Would be nice to vitalize the pagan community for those interested. Here it is another pagan/witch's new year this October and few of us are getting together and fewer still casting the open circles hand in hand with like mind and spirit. In my experience, it seems to be easier to be solitary because venturing out sometimes means having to contend with a few "nuts/weirdos" here and there, which can leave one thinking, "Is this really all there is here?" No! There are good people in Alaska who don't believe they can change the weather or are impervious to fire. (I actually experienced some meetups with these sorts) I am confident I will continue to meet other wonderful people along the path. MM to all!
